NOV. 29, 1998
"EXCHANGE OF POSITIVE ENERGY"

(Present were: Sandy, Michael, Miriam, Rachel, Samuel, Calvin, Eleanor, Ellen,
Harrison and Anthony.)

TR: NINA

I am ABRAHAM: Welcome, and thank you for your willingness to have me each
week. Your desire to learn is apparent and your courage to act upon these
lessons are to be commended. As I listen in on your discussions, I can
literally view the exchange of energy between you. Your willingness to uphold
one another is touching. The bonds that cement you as a Mission group are
strengthened to the point now where truth and love over-ride petty
differences, Yes, this is beautiful.

I find your exchange of positivity to be uncommon though on such a planet
where negativity has become a way of life. Through our Mission, we can reach
many though who would not usually catch Michael's message. You are in contact
with many individuals every day and at times the practicalities of mortal
living find you at a loss for using your spiritual ideals. This is completely
understandable. Your practice with these energy techniques will help you as
well as those you know.

Many individuals move through their daily living meeting individuals who they
would not particularly have any feelings for. One may say "Why would I put my
best foot forward when I will never see this person again? What have I to gain
from dispensing with pleasantries to this individual?" Especially during this
holiday season, are people in contact with service workers or those who are at
the mercy of the public to earn a living. At the end of a hard days work,
these individuals may be completely depleted of energy as well as faith in
their fellows.

Even now, in the so-called civilized society, there are those who are
believing they are more deserving of good things than others. "You are a
waitress, why should I show forth respect when your job is less valued than
mine?" -- completely unbrotherly and energy depleting. A priest who would
devote his time to individuals would perhaps strike a conversation with one
who is not of that faith, only to be somewhat ignored. What does a religion
have to do with an individual, a person, a child of God.?

My friends, this is where you can help -- by your boldness to be
conversational with those individuals you may chance to meet who are perhaps
involved with service work. It would be so energy generating if a few
individuals, every day, could disperse energy to those who you do not know. A
word of encouragement to continue the good work, or a comment of understanding
of a long days work, would certainly help to generate energy in this
individual's life as well as yours and others who would chance to witness your
kindness.

It is a wonderful time of year to experiment with your new techniques. As you
put your best spiritual foot forward, you enable others to do the same -- just
as you do here each week. You are each familiar with one another and are
rather comfortable of uplifting one another. Individuals you would choose to
pass by are indeed another story. Your efforts however, made in the area of
energy distribution, do indeed have effects beyond your knowledge.

The Master had always a bit of encouragement or kind words for His fellows.
His show of understanding his fellows put them at ease and in the
understanding that they are not out of the ordinary. The Master made them to
feel that, yes, their burden is real and yet, not too much so-as to overtake
them. Jesus showed great faith in his fellows and thrived on the energy that
Father dispersed to Him as he needed it . The recipients of Jesus' energy were
more likely to go about doing good instead of complaining or loosing hope.

The great preachers of the world are found to be more successful when
preaching about the faith and trust he has in his fellow's abilities for
discerning God's understanding for themselves. You, my friends, may not be
great preachers in the world, but certainly wonderful teachers and bearers and
bringers of the good news.

I would ask that you experiment with this technique during the week. Treat
others as you treat one another here. Uphold and support and express your
faith in others' ability to carry on. Humor is a wonderful way to open doors
and to dispense energy. I am short with time this evening. Sorry, no
questions. I will make my best effort to meet with you each this week. Shalom.
