Michael:  I embrace you as you take the time to reconnect with the basic lessons of our Teaching Mission. We began this process as a method of enhancing the potentials available on your world. The importance of stillness in your spiritual connection cannot be overemphasized. The mind has the capability to access and process great quantities of information but it also acts a filter between you and communication. It becomes necessary to turn down this activity of filtration and classification to allow a clearer connection with spirit. The spirit system pervades all of creation and is always available for you. The necessary action for access is a calming of the physical stimulation and an open attitude of receptivity on your higher spiritual level. This requires your intention and your focus of attention. You have been trained in the process of stillness as a way to open a door for spirit to flow through you. It is your free will decision to participate that is needed for a full connection. Your Mother and I are available at your request. It is our great joy to assist you in all connection.
