JoiLin recalled TRing in 1996 about the Magisterial Mission. It was

Paula's first time at the TM meeting and so she recalled the exact date.

For some reason, there is a gap missing on the Archives for the

Tallahassee transmissions and this transmission falls within that gap.

The light of the Father filters down upon this world through the open

hearts

of His children, reaching out to those that stand yet in darkness.  The

love

of the Father enfolds us each, as he holds us gently in His arms.  The

power of

the Father upholds us through all the adversities of life; ever is He at

our

side.  Wherever we gather, He is.

Greetings children, I am Manutia Melchizedek.  I greet you this evening

with

much love.  I come here in part in response to the question within your

hearts.  This world you live upon is indeed in the midst of

change......(Ed: long

pause)... one moment please...JoiLin is resisting this message, please

bear with

us....the administrators, those on high, within whose care the guidance

of

world affairs has been given, has begun a program, under Michaels

guidance that

will culminate in sweeping changes upon this world.  You who are

committed to

walking with Him will be the first to be given an awareness of those who

walk

among you.  Indeed there are already those who have been sent as the

vanguard.  Your faith has kept you true to this path and for this many

praises have

been sung in your name.  For unto you has been given the task of opening

the way

to a broader acceptance of celestial intervention.  We give no time table

for

already have you understood that due to human nature and human freewill,

this

is not possible.  Yet I say unto you this evening, keep your eyes open,

your

ears as well, and open to the guidance you receive from your own inner

spirits; accept the possibility that indeed within your lifetime this

will come to

pass.  A Magisterial Son has been mandated for this world in the near

future. 

Praise be to the Father on high!  For now you begin the long struggle

from the

dark into the fullness of day.  Blessings on you children, for your

faith,

your perseverance, indeed for your open and loving hearts.  I leave you

now with

my blessings and the sure knowledge that the love of the Father is indeed

upon

Alphonso continues: It is true I would like to address this group, and

Vincent has been somewhat reluctant to permit it.  The announcement you

heard

tonight has all of us in a state of excitement.  Indeed, this Teaching

Mission is

but a piece of a larger puzzle, as you well imagined.  The puzzle

includes many

others of whom you are as yet unaware, and yet your mission is becoming

more

and more understandable to you I am sure, for this world is not used to

the

concept of direct spiritual intervention in the matters of men.  While

many

people profess their belief in angels and other celestials, few seriously

regard

the possibility of direct contact, but are more comfortable with the grey

areas

of assistance.  Part of your job will be to assist in the transition

of attitude toward those who will be sent to this planet, to facilitate

spiritual, moral, and material advancement of this world.  The

accelerated progress

for this planet that is being attempted should not surprise you in light

of

the recent lifting of the quarantine of the rebellious planets,

subsequent to

the Lucifer adjudication, and in light of the fact that this is the

planet of

your creator son Michaels bestowal, as such is of particular concern and

interest to Him.  This planet has struggled through many defaults,

rebellions, and

quarantines, so that the population is confused regarding the Fathers

ways of

the universes.  This will change.  And while it may take many years, you

are

fortunate enough to be in the vanguard at the commencement of the

activities

designed to ultimately lead this planet into the ages of Light and Life.

This

planet will become the jewel of the universe, and example of how even the

worst, most backward, and savage of planets when bathed with the Fathers

light

will be transformed, and each of you will have the opportunity that so

many wish

they had, you will be Ambassadors fro our Creator Son and His

administration.

You will be conduits of the love that is freely provided form the Father

to

all who inhabit this world.  We look to you for assistance in this plan.

We

look to you to assist us in making this acceptable to the masses of the

people.

We cannot tell you exactly what this means for we will also have to wait

and

see how this unfolds, but the lessons that you have been provided over

this

last years to walk the highest path, the path with the most love in it,

and to

be conduits for the distribution of the Fathers love from one person to

another, all will be integrally related to your role in this process.

You will be

examples.  This is a responsibility as well as an opportunity, and we

know

that each of you will acquit yourselves accordingly.  It is a grand and

glorious

time to be alive on this planet.  We are so proud of all of you and so

excited

about the prospects.  I thank you for your attentiveness and

receptiveness to

this announcement, and we look forward to discussing it in greater detail

in

the near future.  Until that time, know that youre well loved and pass

that

love to all you meet.  Shalom.
