*	Tomas (Gerdean TR):  Living as if in the presence of God, it is not
difficult to do, and when you extend the reality of God into His agencies, even
into yourselves, you have incorporated the presence of God into every aspect of
your being.  He is your belief system as well as the actuality.
	Your preparations for your gathering in honor of Michael's natal birthday
and the celebration of your family is like the father making preparation for the
wedding feast, preparing a table for those who will come, bringing the bounty of
the kingdom to share with the guests at the feast.  What a festive occasion it
will be!  It cannot help but be an honorable event inasmuch as you have prepared
the table as if for God Himself.  You have brought forth the fatted calf and the
herbs and the vegetables and the music.
	When you ask for the presence of God to be with you, He will come; He is
welcome.  Let righteousness triumph.

*	Elyon (Jonathan):  Greetings in fellowship.  I am Elyon, your friend.
	One of the blessings derived from having originated upon an evolutionary
world in physical form is the retention of sensitivities thereto.  The
melchizedeks know of, yet I, like you, have directly experienced these
qualities,
and I am aware of the circulation of air current about you  this hour and would
like to use this sensation to address you topically.
	Every frequency is itself a fundamental.  Each frequency can generate an
overtone, harmonics, that resonate in concert with that fundamental.  You have
read the phrase, "contactual overtones".  I may here again emphasize
stillness as
the establishment of a fundamental frequency wherein you generate harmonics,
overtones, which will sympathetically resonate to the frequency of the Father's
presence.  When your overtones are synchronous, amplification occurs and
presence
is sensed.  You are walking with the Father.  Always is the Thought Adjuster
transmitting the divine frequency, and we encourage you to be ever more diligent
and increasingly skillful in transmitting your frequency to seek alignment, to
resonate in harmony, in communion.   When you are out of sorts, your harmonics
are odd; they are not even.  They create distortion.  They cause an out-of-phase
feeling.  These are prime times to pause to retune your oscillator to get back
into harmony.
	You are, each of you, aware of the efforts of beings like myself and the
Father's gift within to reach you in meaningful, mindful ways, our lessons'
grace-given insights.  In a less tangible manner yet more keenly active is this
vibrational activity.  Such energies are capable of uplifting every event you
proceed through in each day to transform it into a spiritual experience.  Making
such an adjustment in frequency a fundamental residence of your soul, you are
thereby an extension of the hand of God into the material realm.  You may not
feel that you are a mouthpiece, a prophet, but you are a light worker, a server
and minister.  It is through this harmony of vibration that you are able to
function thusly, and that is the basic importance of your time alone with the
Father.
	Thus ends my discourse.

*	Michael (Mark):  I stir here today.  As the breeze which touches your
cheeks, which stirs your senses, I am that close to you now.  I bring to you to
this occasion my joy much as a father whose children run lovingly into his
arms. 
You are my cherished ones in whom I am so pleased.
	You speak of preparing to honor me and my mission on your world, and I
receive your joy and your love with great enthusiasm.  I tell you what brings me
my joy, my pleasure, is seeing you, my faithful servants, acting for me, hearing
my call and answering it.  It is as the sound of laughter of small children
brings joy to their parents.  It is the feeling of the bond of love we share as
you prepare to make way for your brothers and sisters to share the experience of
our togetherness.
	Just as the wind swirls around you at this time, remember me in your
upcoming interactions with my other dear ones.  Allow the wind of my presence to
stir on your face when you are engaged with another.  Allow the words I would
speak to come through your mouths, the love I share to come through your
eyes and
your hearts.  Work to represent me, and I will stand beside you.  I will put my
hand on your shoulder, and I will guide you if you will but allow me.
	There will be great opportunities, great openings, great awareness set as
on a platter before you.  Drink deeply from the cup.  Eat heartily of the
bountiful harvest.  Share the camaraderie of our love with all who would join us
on this occasion.  Know of a certainty I am there with you, not just in times of
transmissions or in your earnest attempts at stillness, but I will be with you
throughout so that we may together be about the service of uplifting the
brothers
and sisters of this world.  I am certain I may count on you to act in my stead. 
Indeed, I commission you to do so.  It is time we move into the arena of
certainty, passed the speculation and into the reality of the ongoing presence. 
You have my word I will assist you every step of the way.
	My words do not adequately express my gratitude to you for working hand in
hand with me in this mission, but my presence will calm you, will still you,
will
guide you through these times.  We may strengthen our bonds as we go about this
mission together.  I look forward to this upcoming event with great joy, and
I am
sure you do as well.  Let us be lighthearted, joyful, yet purposeful in our
interactions that we may all grow together as one family of God.
	I leave my peace with you now and look forward to our joint works together.

	Harold: I'm curious what the Life Carriers experiment with when they have a
decimal planet.  What areas are they allowed to experiment with?
*	Orion (Jonathan):  Greetings, this is Orion.  I am a Life Carrier,  I would
address you and hopefully supply adequate answer.
	We are in general largely concerned with developing life vehicles for all
creatures, that are improved over time, as that is our supreme constraint, that
we begin and over the course of time develop better vehicles.  We naturally
would
love to present a form that could host a living creature that is perfect, but
that would deprive us, the Life Carrier corps, of the great thrill of discovery
through development.  Therefore many of our life forms must begin from a crude
and simplistic level and advance therefrom.  So, our first challenge is to
infuse
our initial patterns with the potentials for the future.  Through this course we
have been granted the decimal latitude wherein we can make greater
adjustments to
inject new plasma that begins initially with an improvement rather than working
from a prior pattern, and hopefully developing that improvement, "version two",
in a sense.  That version is greatly improved having undergone "one".  In
version
one we would not have the experience through observation of life development
on a
sphere to know better how version two would function.  As we observe the
developmental dead ends and the short falls of evolutionary unfoldment, we make
adjustments.  These are physical in nature.
	I must step to one side here and make an important comment, and that is
that our primary goal is the development of freewill mortal creatures like
yourselves.  That being said, all our developments are biased with that goal in
mind.  Our improvements of creatures ancestral to the human form are geared
toward benefiting the human at later development in a planetary life growth.  We
know that certain anatomy is useful to a will creature and begin to make that
come about.  Then through decimal experimentation we can hasten those
developments.
	Imagine, if you will, that when a system and its planets are initiated
those planets that start first have a long duration of time before system Light
and Life to become perfected physically while planets that come into life
inhabitation later have less time.  The decimal incrementation allows us to
speed
it up.  It will vary from one adjustment to the next what must be undertaken to
improve, and these improvements are to our benefit as Life Carriers as well
as to
the life forms that you inhabit, for we are learning tremendous amounts
about the
nature of the manifestation of God in physical form, how life can inhabit an
organism.
	With that I will segue to my next point, and that is our focus is to create
better receptive forms for mind encircuitment to aid our Mother Spirit in
enveloping you and contacting you and uplifting you.  So, we, through experiment
and discovery, find that at times our alteration of the plasma will help
physical
development and have less of an effect in the mindal realm.  We will then adjust
to incorporate the mindal upliftment as well.
	You could consider us sculptors of living matter, but our sculpture is
alive, and the purpose for it being alive is spiritual.  It is to
springboard you
into the hands of the Father on high.  We of course are proud of our work and
love to beautify our expressions as we go.  But when you superimpose spiritual
and mindal dimensions upon our physical expressions, we also consider the truth
and the goodness elements that will support the personalities, that will inhabit
our fleet of vehicles, if you will.
	It has been said in the past that your bodies are the temples of the
Father.  I would take some personal stance and say that they are also our
expressions of art, and we likewise would hope that you treat them well.  They
are on loan.  They will be recycled, and we will continue to issue improved
patterns.  Urantia has been difficult largely due to the governing bodies who
failed to finish their work.  However, much of our work preceded them, and their
efforts were to magnify ours, to leverage our previous actions for the
upliftment
of mankind.  But your world is advancing on its own merit and discovering the
secrets ever so slowly of our Life Carrier patterns.  You are beginning to
become
our lab assistants in improving the stock upon this world.  It will not be easy,
for we Life Carriers are no longer allowed to mess around in the beaker.  We
must
rely on your willingness to progress.  But we are fully certain that all
latencies infused upon the life forms on this world will emerge, even if they
were not hastened by biologic upliftment of the Material Sons and Daughters. 
What we have noticed as errors here have been put into effect in the subsequent
decimal infusion.
	I hope that I have provided some specifics for you.

	Mark:  I have perhaps erroneously petitioned you Life Carriers when I am
attempting to engage healing circuits.  Is this appropriate since you mentioned
you are no longer able to mess around directly?
*	Orion:  It is appropriate, for we do adjoin ourselves to the forms of life
you know as energy manipulators and physical controllers and other beings
who are
capable of manipulating matter.  We can assist through our experience in
directing these energies to the healing need.  Where we may not mess around in
the beaker, you are the one with the stirring rod, and we are, because of your
freewill cooperation, able to be your assistants.  It is appropriate.  We are as
you are conduits for the Father's healing energy.  The Father will pour forth
this energy, and like filters or screens; our presence, the physical manipulator
presence, and your presence will help to adjust, tweak, this energy to meet the
need at hand.
	Helpful?
	Mark:  Yes.  I felt it was appropriate; that's confirmation.

	Gerdean:  I understood that Life Carriers had access to the ideal patterns.
*	Orion:  Quite correct.  In a way you could liken us to the software
designers who can make sense out of that code and thereby assist one in running
that software.  A healer is one who is helping correct the defect, and we know
how it is all programmed to begin with and where the appropriate additional code
could be inserted to effect the result. 
	The midwayers and others who can work with energy stand on the outside of
this knowledge.  They can offer the energy,  but we can offer the reason why and
the direction where that energy can be placed.
	Gerdean:  I have often "blamed" Adam and Eve for, for example, alcoholism
and homosexuality.  Maybe those are not so much an aspect of the default as
patterns instilled by the Life Carriers; in the first case that we have abused
and in the second that might serve as population control.  I'm willing to shift
the responsibility to you guys, but the pattern is approved by Michael, so I
would have to be mad at Michael, if anyone, for things that don't fit how I
think
the universe should unfold.  So, I withdraw my judgments on how you do
things and
trust it's unfolding as it should.
*	Orion:  These developments are perceived by yourself and the lineage past
and future in the arena of values.    As an example, you are all quite diligent
in the removal of fear from your lives.  That very feeling is a Life Carrier
infused function for good purpose.  It becomes a legacy as you develop that must
be reckon with, but if it weren't there initially, nobody would be on this world
today.  It requires that terror to safeguard yourself.  So, likewise, do these
other behaviors that you have addressed show up as in the value sense deviations
from the norm.  For instance, the pleasure craving of alcoholism is an extreme
outworking of the need of a body to nourish itself.  Pleasure sensation is the
lure to acquire nutrient.  This planet is developing its ability to feed
everyone.  When abundance results, excess results as well.  You are leaving the
era of sustaining and entering the era of luxury and now need to adjust your
values to control these electro-chemical impulses just as now you are developing
your ability to overcome fear.
	Does this help?
	Gerdean:  It's very interesting.

	Harold:  Are you saying that you also manipulate instinct as well as the
physical form?
*	Orion:  Yes on a basic level, neurologically.  Your physical brains are
wired by us, and hopefully our expressions interface will with Mother Spirit's
mindal influences to result in the harmonious development of the human being.  I
offer the example of your migrating birds, traits that are not learned but are
packaged to begin with and function therefrom.

	Gerdean:  So when we are denying insight we are really representing the
genetic factors of an ostrich who keeps his head buried in the sand?
*	Orion:  There is truth to that.  This imagery of the ostrich and the human
meanings derived therefrom is humorous because the human being can benefit from
enhanced meaning through a natural function of such a creature and experience
spiritual insight.  It appears quite silly to bury one's head and leave the rest
of your being vulnerable.  I am no teacher of spirit qualities; I am a Life
Carrier, but it is humorous to observe how one could bury one's head in a
doctrine and miss the rest of oneself as it interfaces with life.  I could go on
but I feel unskilled in this realm.
