Good Afternoon. My name is Sharah, and I am a Melchizedek assigned from the 
Most Highs to Urantia with the correcting time.  The theme of this conference 
is very appropriate -- Spirituality in Practical Arms -- and that is really 
what the Correcting Time is all about, embracing the activities of humankind 
in all facets.  As you know the Most Highs are involved in the affairs of men 
as it says in The Urantia Book.  The affairs of men are diverse.  The 
interests of the Most Highs are even more diverse.

You are engaged in the upliftment of this planet.  You are beginning with 
yourselves.  Remember that in all aspects of the Correcting Time the interest 
is in the individual. No matter how grand the plans of the Most High, of 
Michael, Nebadonia, the Melchizedeks, of Machiventa, it is for you, the 
individual, that this is all done.  And not so coincidentally but 
co-creatively the Correcting Time can only come about into completion through 
you, the individual.

You have seen the most obvious aspects of the Correcting Time involved in 
major projects already, such as is the Teaching Mission, The Urantia Book and 
its distributions throughout the world.   The Correcting Time and the 
projects involved in it include all the other aspects of human affairs. You 
can list them in your minds now.  I will say a few words about international 
trade agreements and communications.  

When you think of the beginning of the announcement of the Correcting Time in 
the late 1980's your world has become a ball of incredible change--social 
change, industrial change, technological change, governmental change.  This 
is no accident.  As you know, the Corp of Destiny also involves individuals 
who are totally unaware that they are engaged in the commerce of God,  the 
commerce of Michael and Nebadonia.  They are unaware that there is much that 
they are doing to help the upliftment of their planet.  They think it is for 
the bottom line, for better agreements, for a better flow of commerce or 
technology or foreign affairs.  But all these things enhance your planet to 
come into a time of cooperation, coordination of concerted agreement, 
unity--not uniformity but unity.  

We are very excited about an area which you have not addressed directly but 
indirectly, and you have mentioned openly and that is the training of your 
children.  Eventually the Corp of Destiny will involve these children, your 
children, grandchildren, great grandchildren.  There will be the pairing of 
children of light who will beget children of light even more advanced.  There 
is that subtle evolution of your kind, your species, through the energetic 
upliftment of your DNA which is passed on.  

Think what your commerce might be, your international relationships might be, 
your medical advancements, medical ethics, morality, ethics and morality of 
all these areas might be with children who are infused with the best ethics 
and morality of The Urantia Book and the compassion and open heart and 
connection of the Teaching Mission.  Think what they might bring to these 
areas.  

Later stages of the Correcting Time will involve the upliftment of all areas 
of the affairs of mankind.  How will this occur?  You know how it will occur. 
It is in process, and you are receiving evidences of that in your own lives 
as you affect your trades, your professions, the areas where you have 
interests, where you occupy your time.  Eventually, and you are beginning to 
see evidences of this, large corporations will have social policies.  There 
will be an ethics of social policies for corporations.  It is good business 
to be compassionate to customers, not just to provide them with a good 
service or a product, but to provide them with the assurance that this 
corporation is using its assets, its revenues to better the lives of those it 
serves and even those it does not.  

We wonder at the ethics of your HMO's; we wonder at the happiness of 
physicians who now work without compassion.  There are many of them no 
different than factory workers, producing a product, a service for a known 
quantifiable profit.  How will this change?  Well the way is many.  The way 
to balance is many.  There will be challenges; yes, in your courts there will 
be challenges.  And who will bring them?  It will be people of conscious, 
people who see a higher value, people who seek to bring higher values into 
your society and have them integrated into the policies, the operations of 
corporations.  

So when you train your children, you train them with love.  You give them 
love you did not receive as a child.  You are compassionate to them in areas 
where you received no compassion and you expand upon those areas where you 
did.  You infuse them with the spirituality of Michael and Nebadonia.  You 
train them in the ways that are right, the ways that expand their capacity to 
love not only themselves, their parents, but all humankind and to express 
that in their daily lives, in their professions.  

The word 'service' then comes to encompass far larger parameters than exist 
now.  You have yet in your society to overcome the stigma of being a service 
worker.  You think of service workers as those who clean bathrooms, sweep 
floors, change hospital beds, wait tables.  This is the minimal perceptive of 
service.  Eventually in your society, even long before approaching the days 
of Light and Life, those who provide spirit, provide service of a higher 
nature, will be honored where now they are not even recognized.  

So when you think of your children and how you are raising them, know that 
they will be infused; infused through you and through the energies of your 
planet that are now being uplifted and by the consciousness of humankind in 
general. The work that you were doing, that they will do, is far more than 
local.  It's global.  Human consciousness far exceeds the boundaries of your 
two ears.  It is joined together.  You call it fellowship here.  You call it 
brotherhood and sisterhood.  And this is something that will be expanded far 
larger than this small society.  

So you see these are the affairs of the Most Highs.  These are aspects which 
they are addressing.  There are various levels in which they work and they 
can only work through you.  Service is to individuals.  It is to you.  This 
is Sharah.  I will be available at the end of the TR session for your
